This cause came on to be heard upon the petition and the answer of the Guardian ad litem of the minor defendants and the other defts having failed to plead answer or demean to said petition the same as to them is taken as confessed - On motion to the Court by P Nan Trump counsel for the petitions it is ordered that by the oaths of Peter Shane Joseph A Greene and Frederick Frieanen three [?]disviterested free holders of said County partition be made of said lands described and set forth in said petition in the following proportions to wit. One fifteenth part thereof to said petitioners - One fifteenth part to Jacob Kimble Jr - One fifteenth part to Henry Roop and May his wife - One fifteenth part to Addison Deets and Sarah his wife One fifteenth part to Peter Will and Catherine his wife - One fifteenth part to Samuel Levan and Delila his wife - One fifteenth part to Jonathan Kimble - One fifteenth part to Harriet Kimble - One fifteenth part to Rachel Kimble - One fifteenth part to SOlomon Kimble - One fifteenth part to Emmanuel Kimble - One fifteenth part to Eleanor Kimble - One fifteenth part to George Kimble One fifteenth part to Mahala Kimble - and one fifteenth part to Amos Kimble. And it is further ordered that a writ of partition issue to the sheriff of our said County commanding him to made said partition accordingly - and if the same cannot be divided without [?]anyway to the whole that them by the oaths of said free holders he cause the same to be appraised at its cash value and that he make returns of his proceedings forthwith"
